hero enchants - Guild Wars Forums

I have read that i have to disable the skill and select target and manually activate skill. What does that mean? - I cannot get my heros to maintain enchants...

1) Open the hero's toolbar. Hold shift and click the enchantment you want. There should now be a red circle around it, signifying that the skill is disabled.

2) Choose your target and then click the skill again normally (without shift). This way the hero won't instantly dismiss the enchantment.

Hero energy management is such, that they will cancel maintained enchants when outside of combat. You have to disable the skill on the hero's bar(they will treat it as an empty slot) and micro-manage the casting of it yourself.

Just shift + click the skill(s) to disable, either in the Skills and Attribute's window or on the hero's bar.
